The whole case in one system — and every figure knows where it came from.

SmartVal Pro runs the working life of an Israeli vehicle damage assessor: opening the case, the field expertise, the photographs, the parts, the garage invoices, the depreciation, the signed opinion — and the fee that follows it.

Nine stages, one case file

This is the whole of it. Every stage writes into the same case file, so a number entered once is never typed again — and never re-typed differently.

1 · Open the case

Plate, owner, date. The vehicle's details come off the licensing record automatically.

2 · Valuation

Upload the Levi Yitzhak report; model code, base price and adjustments are read out of it.

3 · Field expertise

The אקספרטיזה — damage centres, each with its description, repairs, parts and works.

4 · Photographs

Uploaded from the field, stamped with the plate and the date, tagged to the damage centre they show.

5 · Parts

Searched against the catalogues and attached to the damage centre they belong to.

6 · Garage invoices

Read automatically, and each line lands on the damage centre it belongs to.

7 · Estimate

Optional — the אומדן, a projected cost for the repair before any invoice has arrived.

8 · The opinion

חוות דעת: the variant you need, the depreciation, your letterhead, a signed PDF.

9 · After it is signed

Sent to the garage, insurer or owner, archived, and the fee tracked through to payment.

What comes out at the end

The opinion is the product. Everything above exists to make it correct, and to make it hold up when someone argues with it.

EVA
The assistant inside SmartVal

EVA

EVA watches the caseload rather than waiting to be asked: a briefing through the day, an alert when a case stalls or a fee ages past its terms, and an answer on any case, in Hebrew. Because every line in a case is tagged with where it came from, she answers out of the record rather than around it.

The programme

The first five keep the launch price, permanently.

SmartVal is running real cases today. Every assessor on it works in their own formats — your letterhead, your licence details, your legal wording, exactly as you already issue them. That is the product, not a founding perk. What the first five get is the price, and the ear.
